In order to do this, our services must be top-notch. As the lead designer, I am committed to constantly developing my team and services to keep up with the latest market trends. Many party planners market themselves as decorators, but I see children’s special events as an opportunity to style and showcase a curated vision.

Our base package is quoted below but not limited. We can customize any combination with our base package with a la carte services. This is where you can create a more customized event. We provide these packages as a guideline to jumpstart your vision, but there is always so much more we can create!
Base Package
• Consultation & Site Visit (1 in-person visit)
• Budget Maintenance
• Logistics Guidance
• Custom design plan including inspiration board and color story
• Reservation of rental items and coordination of delivery and pickup
• Design of party paper – signage, labels, favor tags, place cards, etc.
• Design children's tables and seating
• Design of all room decor
• Design of custom cake and dessert table
• Vendor referrals – entertainment, cake, photography, etc.
• Favor and gift bag assembly – if needed
• Assistance with selecting and/or creating additional party activities
• Executing décor and fulfilling all aspects of the design plan
Other services include:
• Assistance with venue selection
• Additional consultations and site visits
• Invitation coordination and mailing
• Event hosting and facilitation (billed at an hourly rate)
• Design of adult tables and full service for adults
• Customized adult bar area
• Custom kids lunch boxes
• Coordinating and designing party attire
• Vendor research and referrals
• Favor and gift bag assembly
• Assistance with selecting and/or creating additional party activities
• Set build-out
• Primary contact for communication with all vendors
• Confirmation of vendors 2 weeks prior to the event
The Process
Consultation & Booking - Our initial consultation will be a place for you and your little one(s) to fill me in on any ideas, visions, and overall needs for the event. With everything from storyboard ideas to on-site measurements, we will begin the blueprint to your special event!
Inspiration & Party Design – Our design process is unique to every event. We take your notes from our consultation and marry them to our design expertise to create your signature party. We will discuss colors, vendors, room layout, and everything needed to bring together your luxe event.
Fees – We charge a flat fee for planning and design based on the scope of your event. Other costs for materials, venue, catering, entertainment, on-site staff would require quotation and listing on your budget to ensure all costs are clear during the design phase. A portion of the budget is due in the design phase and the remainder at the start of your party.
